Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020

Right winger Rob Graham played two seasons in the IHL, he played for the Colorado Rangers in 1987-88 and the Denver Rangers in 1988-89. Sewn in the collar is a "Gerry Cosby" patch, with a handwritten "52" on the accompanying CCM tag below. Beautiful blue on red tackle twill numbers are sewn on, along with individual tackle twill letters that make up both the "Rangers" and "Graham" names. On the hem is sewn a "CCM" patch along with a "Cosby" stamp. Nice game wear includes numerous black slash marks on both sleeves and front and back of the jersey which also shows a half dozen or so unrepaired holes/cuts on various spots. Dried-up blood stains are noticeable on the right sleeve, and front of the jersey, with some of the stitching on the collar which has let go. Graham played 11 games, including 6 in the playoffs in 1987-88 so it was possibly also worn at some point during the following season due to the amount of wear exhibited. A nice gamer from a short-lived franchise. Also included is a 1987-88 Colorado Rangers equipment bag. The 12 ½" x 19 ½" bag, which has a height of 12", has a Gerry Cosby tag on the top and is lettered "Colorado Rangers" on one side. Exhibiting wear related to its intended use, the equipment bag has working zippers and remains in excellent condition overall.
