A Stanley Cup champion with Detroit in 2008, Niklas Kronwall has been successful on the international stage with Sweden as well, winning gold medals in 2006 at both the Winter Olympics and World Championships. Hailing from his milestone 100th NHL game on Feb 24th 2007, we have the signed jersey the Stockholm native wore, and it’s been photo-matched. A “54” size tag graces the collar, with Reebok and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with the famous winged-wheel Red Wings team crest with embroidered detailing, the solid white V-neck has been accented with single twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the original “Hockeytown” store shop POS tag still attached to the collar. The team patch sits on the inside hem, with an inventory number of “39772” affixed to the reverse. A COA from the Red Wings organization will accompany.
Kronwall has signed the reverse of the team crest in blue marker adding “100th NHL Game – 2-24-07”. Game wear includes a few marks over the lower front and sleeves including a large stick mark beneath the team crest, with a few faint burns over the lower right sleeve. Getty Image #73435846 from Feb 12th 2007 has been matched to the set of 3 black marks at the lower left of the team's crest, while Getty Image #73465516 from Feb 27th has been matched to the black round mark on the second "5" of "55" on the left sleeve. Finally, Getty Image #73443450, also from Feb 27th, has been matched to the marks in the middle portion of the first "5" of "55" over the reverse.
