Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
Small batch of small cards from Parkhurst's first two issues are offered here and features low grade examples, with however a Boom Boom Geoffrion rookie card (P) still appealing to some despite numerous creases. A VG Vic Lynn card (#20) is best, with 40-Bodnar and 98- McLeod at F. Poor are the rest of the 1951-52s, with multiple creases (but no back damage) affecting 2-Meger, 8-Masnick, 23-Henderson, 27-Sullivan, 68-Pronovost and 100-Hergesheimer, with writing or ink spotted on creased cards of 24-Fisher, 30-Brown, 43-Gee and 62-Stasiuk. Meanwhile, (13) '52-53s display better, with however almost all measuring either short or narrow, suggesting trimming. Present are #s 5 (2), 9-Johnson, 13-Bouchard, 16, 18, 37, 39, 78, 79, 89, 90 and 99.
