Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
A three-time Memorial Cup champion, Darcy Tucker began his NHL career with Montreal, spending three seasons with the Habs from 1995 to 1998. We have a Canadiens rookie-era jersey worn by the Castor native during his time with the club in the mid-to-late-1990s. A single size “52” fly tag remains attached to the collar, with embroidered NHL and CCM patches over the reverse bottom hem. Styled with hockey’s most famous team crest fully administered in tackle twill, the solid red V-neck has been accented with attractive dual-colour sleeves and verso numbers, with “Tucker” across the nameplate in single white twill. Game wear on the sweater is light, with a few faint burns with a small resulting hole over the left elbow. There is also some minor pilling, situated over each cuff. An LOA from the Canadiens organization will accompany.
