Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
Featuring one of the NHL’s most intricately designed jerseys, we have a Phoenix Coyotes example from the late-1990s that has been signed by four, each of whom were US College players, US-born and first-round NHL draft picks. A Pro Player label and size “54” fly tag grace the collar, with embroidered NHL and Pro Player labels over the reverse bottom hem. Styled with a southwestern-theme team crest, the mesh/knit V-neck has been accented with burgundy tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers with green trim, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. Currently void of a nameplate, there is evidence of a past example. A number of puck and stick marks litter the front, reverse and sleeves along with fabric pulls, with burns over each elbow section. The signers include Bill Guerin, Mike Komisarek, Scott Lachance and Ron Hainsey, with each signing on the upper chest in black marker.
