A Stanley Cup finalist with Buffalo in 1999, Geoff Sanderson enjoyed a lengthy career with eight different NHL clubs, with All-Star Game appearances made in both 1994 and 1997. Originating from his first full NHL season in 1991-92, a campaign that witnessed a respectable 31 points scored in just 64 games with Hartford, we have a Whalers jersey worn by the Hay River native. A Maska Ultrafil label with handwritten “13” remains affixed to the collar along with a size “52” fly tag, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests over the reverse bottom hem. Styled with a clean Whalers team crest in layered white-over-navy tackle twill, the solid green V-neck has been accented with sleeve and verso numbers in matching material, with the NHL 75th anniversary crest over the right breast.
Stick marks are visible over the lower band and right elbow, with some light pilling over the lower tail. “Sanderson” has also been placed directly over the upper reverse in individual letters, with a different colour sewing pattern visible on the backside of the “RSO” of “Sanderson”.
