Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
A great trio of signed game-used sticks are offered in this lot, with examples from prominent stars Zach Parise, Ilya Kovalchuk and Jason Spezza. We have Easton (Parise and Spezza) and Warrior (Kovalchuk) models, with each users name appearing in factory graphics. The original tape jobs are also intact over the blades (no tape on the Kovalchuk blade) and handles, with a red rubber grip utilized on the Kovalchuk example. Each stick exhibits good use, with the Spezza stick featuring a handwritten notation along the underside of “1 Goal 1 Assist” and “4/20/10 vs Pitt P4”. The Kovalchuk originates from his time in New Jersey (circa 2010-11), the Spezza while he was with Ottawa and the Parise stick was used while the American was with the Devils (circa 2007-08). Each has signed in silver over or near the heel section, with each signature flawless. Holograms from Double Deke Hockey have also been affixed to the underside of each stick. A COA is included for each stick.
