Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
A Stanley Cup winner with Montreal in 1993, Lyle Odelein played 15 seasons in the NHL, retiring with over 2000 penalty minutes. This Pittsburgh Penguins Set 1 home jersey was worn by the Saskatchewan native in 2005-06. Size tagging is affixed to the collar including handwritten “24”, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the bottom hem and back necklines respectively. Styled with the Pens team crest that saw use from 2002-2016, the solid black V-neck has been accented with textured tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. Game-wear consists of a few random marks and board burns, with a small slit on the right sleeve. The team patch sits on the inside hem, with an LOA from the Penguins organization to accompany.
