Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017

A second-round draft choice in 1992, netminder Mario Gosselin spent the majority of his career with Quebec, seeing some additional NHL action with both Hartford and Los Angeles. This Kings jersey was worn by the Thetford Mines native in 1989-90, only the second season for the black and silver colour combo. Maska Ultrafil labeling with handwritten “52” sits affixed to the collar, with a white and grey embroidered CCM crest over the back bottom hem. Styled with the attractive Kings team crest that’s been partially embroidered, the solid white V-neck has also been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers. With just a small amount of inconsequential spot staining along the lower right sleeve and right shoulder, the garment remains in wonderful condition.
