Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2017
It’s all Robin Lehner, all Ottawa Senators in this lot of four items focused on the Swedish goalies tenure in the Canadian capital. Featured is Lehner’s 2011-12 Senators game-worn jersey with the 2012 NHL All-Star Game patch sewn on the right breast has two team repairs on the edge of the team crest on the front and a third one below it. More game use shows in black marks on the front and both sleeves. There is also a bit of red goalpost paint transfer on the back of each sleeve. Goalie Style and size 58 flag tags sit in the back of the neck and the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club Official Game-Worn Jersey 2011-2012 Season patch sewn inside the back has registry No. A-0126, which appears on the accompanying Senators COA.
Lehner’s signed 2013-14 Senators Sher-Wood game-used stick comes with an NHL Alumni COA that states the stick was used in Ottawa’s game against the Montreal Canadiens on March 14, 2014. “The Lehner” is factory-stamped on the shaft, which is cracked. Robin’s original tape job remains on the knob but his tape job was removed from the blade, where Lehner placed a bold black marker autograph.
Also included are Lehner’s Senators locker nameplate and a customized Lehner Senators McFarlane figurine.
