Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
From his third of seven seasons spent with Toronto, we have a Maple Leafs jersey worn by centerman Bill Derlago in 1981-82, with numerous team repairs. A faded Maska label sits along the collar, with an additional embroidered Maska crest on the back bottom hem. Styled with a partially embroidered and faded team crest, as shown on photos of Derlago from the 1981-82 season, the jersey has been accented with tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Derlago” across the nameplate. As mentioned, this jersey is loaded with over 25 team repairs, including examples on the front beneath the team crest, with each elbow section covered. We should also note an intact “loop” style fight strap. An LOA will accompany this attractive Leafs gamer.
