Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
Enjoying a lengthy professional career that began with a single game played for the Montreal Canadiens in 1989-90, and concluded with Rivière-du-Loup CIMT in the QNAHL in 2004-05, goaltender Andre Racicot was also a Stanley Cup champion with Montreal, in 1993. This Canadiens jersey was worn by the Rouyn-Noranda native in 1991-92, where he appeared in 9 regular season games. A Maska Ultrafil label graces the collar along with a size “54” fly tag, with CCM and NHL crests over the reverse hem. Styled with the most famous team crest in hockey, “40” appears over the sleeves and verso in blue-over-red tackle twill, with the NHL 75th anniversary crest over the right breast. Exhibiting light game use, there are a few faint marks over the lower front and left sleeve. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, a signed LOA from Rejean Houle on Montreal Canadiens letterhead will accompany.
