Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2014
Nice Canadian National team jersey worn by goaltender Warren Skorodenski, even though they did misspell his name as "Skorowdenski" on the back nameplate. Tagged in the collar as a "Maska Ultrafils" with a handwritten size "54" added, this red Canadian gamer, worn by Skorodenski in 1988-89, his first of three seasons with the National squad, features the "Calgary 1988" Olympic patch sewn on the left sleeve, and shows a light scattering of marks on the sleeves, the front and back hem, and on the team crest. Skorodenski would suit up for Canada from 1988 to 1991, and had brief stints over five seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks, where he wore his famous skull mask, and the Edmonton Oilers.
