Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/25/2014
It was Leafs goaltender Peter Ing's first full season with the Buds, the '90-91 campaign, when he wore this gamer while suiting up for 56 games before heading to the Edmonton Oilers the following season. Tagged in the collar as a Maska, this Ing gamer features the Ballard memorial patch on the right breast, and to note, both this patch and the Ing nameplate were restored at some point, most likely by the team. Nice game use is evident, with marks scattered about the front, back, and on both sleeves, with samplings of red board transfer on the front and sleeves as well. The left cuff shows pilling as well. Comes with an LOA and COA, both signed by representatives of the MeiGray Group, with an attached hologram and registry number.
