Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014

Only some slight darkening of the pages keeps this historic Maple Leaf Gardens program from looking like the game was played just yesterday. From the night of April 18th, 1963, when the Toronto Maple Leafs won their second of three consecutive Stanley Cups by defeating the Red Wings 3-1 in game 5 before a happy Gardens crowd, comes this 6 3/4” x 10”, 84-page Gardens complete program with no marks or tears and only some very faint creases to note on the front cover that features Leafs D-man Kent Douglas, with an intact middle line-up insert with the gang all here – Bower, Horton, Keon, Pulford, Baun et all against Sawchuk, Howe, Ullman, Delvecchio and the boys. An awesome program from a most memorable era for Leafs fans.
