Huge sampling of 137 New Rangers postcards and media photos and which include 2 each of 1950s-60s Reg Fleming, Bob Nevin, and Buddy O'Connor, 23 colored postcards from 1980-81, 6 colored 7" x 9" circa-1973-74 photo-pack pics, 3 early-1960s B&W pics including Jacques Plante, vintage late-1950s to early-1960s Rangers team-issued photos (16 with 3 envelopes), 36 photos measuring 8" x 10" of Rangers from the 1940s to 1970s and 42 from the 1930s to 1940s (with envelope), along with 5 various photos in different sizes which include Nevin, Giacomin and others. The 1940s to '70s pics and the 1930s/40s pics are all second generation photos printed in the 1970s. The 23 colored postcards from the 1980-81 season all have the players’ names handwritten on the back, with players such as Beck, Davidson, Duguay, Esposito, Fotiu, Greschner, Hospodar, the Maloney brothers, Vickers, Vadnais, Tkaczuk among others. The 6 photo-pack colored pics (7” x 8 ¾”) include Park, Gilbert, Tkaczuk, Ratelle, Hadfield, and Emile Francis. From the late-‘50s-early-‘60s we have team-issued black and whites (8” x 10”) of Popein, Ciesla, Hebenton, Henry, Howell, Prentice and others (some age yellowing). Jacques Plante, Don Marshall, and 2 Dick Duff early-60s pics are next, measuring 5” x 7”. The batch of second-generation 1940s to 1970s black and white glossies have the players’ names handwritten on the black and include Langlois, Horvath, Balon, Schinkel, Neilson, Bathgate, Paille, Hebenton, Gilbert, Kelly, Franks, and many more, all in good condition with some aging involved. The batch of second-generation 42 8” x 10” black and white photos from the ‘30s and ‘’40s include Dewar, Dill, Pusie, Garrett, Coulter, Rayner, Kerr, Patrick, Sands and many more. Many of these '30s and '40s pics have the players’ names handwritten on the back, and most have some back water stains which is noticeable on some of the fronts.
