Slovakian goalie Peter Budaj strapped on these photo-matched Bauer Supreme game-worn goalie pads during his first season with the Montreal Canadiens. Budaj began wearing this model in January 2012. An action photo of Budaj from the 2011-12 season shows the distinctive patterns of black marks on both pads. There is a CH hologram sticker on the inner right knee protector with a registry number that corresponds to the one on the accompanying Canadiens LOA. His surname is embroidered on top inner edge of each 37” pad, the left one with a “12-17” notation written in black marker on the bottom inside edge of the toe protector. Some of the strongest photo matches on the right pad include the two black marks that show below the red accents on the right knee. The left pad is matched by the marks on the bottom inner protector, the mark between the red and blue accents on the front of the pad, and the below the red accent on the left toe protector.
