Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014

Team Canada would bring home the silver medal from Austria in 1996, helped by the likes of Martin Brodeur, Paul Kariya, Ray Ferraro, and smart centerman Andrew Cassels, who donned this red Team Canada game-worn jersey during the tournament. Tagged in the collar as a "Nike size 56", with an "IIHF" parch sewn on just below, this Cassels gamer has "Skoda Auto" patches on each shoulder, along with an "IIHF" patch sewn on the hem and Nike bar code label on the inside hem. The classic and partly embroidered Team Canada crest adorns the front of the gamer, Cassels' single tackle twill nameplate and double twill number "25" is on the back and on both sleeves, and game-wear is light. Comes with an LOA from former NHLer Butch Goring.
