The legendary Bobby Jones signed the 1941 letter typed on his American Golf Institute letterhead featured in this magnificent framed display. Jones won golf's Grand Slam in 1930. He died in 1971 and was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame as a member of the inaugural Class of 1974. Jones placed a big bold black fountain pen ink signature on the letter, which displays two horizontal fold creases. This pristine exemplar of his signature in the most desirable of formats, penned well before he was stricken with the illness that would ultimately end his life. Matted and displayed in an 18" x 26" black frame, the signed letter is displayed along with an 8x10 picture of Jones. Comes with a PSA/DNA auction LOA. A Bobby Jones, Grand Slam 1930 plaque is displayed below the Jones photo along with Interlachen GC 1930 U.S. Open and Masters pins.
