Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2013
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2013
Talk about old lumber, this vintage hockey stick from the early part of the 20th century is fashioned from one piece of wood. Part of what was likely a brand stamp that partially reads “ … Dot” remains on the blade. This little wonder measures 45 inches long from the tip of the blade to the very top of the shaft. The blade is somewhat twisted forward into what would favor a left-handed grip. The stick has a very low lie value in the angle between the shaft and the blade, which has plenty of wear along the bottom edge. A cool one-piece wand for your vintage hockey display.
