Wonderful collection of three 1990s Team Canada world championships game-issued jerseys. Included are a pair from the 1990 IIHF world championships in Switzerland, when Canada finished fourth overall, featuring Detroit Red Wings forward Gerard Gallant’s #17 game-issued jersey and a number 11 jersey with no nameplate. Brian Tutt’s Team Canada #3 game-issued jersey is from the 1995 tournament in Sweden when Canada won bronze. The 1990 game-issued jerseys are both mesh affairs by Tackla with screened-on graphics including team logo, numbers and surname lettering on the sewn-on nameplate of Gallant’s white #17 jersey, which has a size XL flag tag in the neck. Both jerseys have Allianz sponsors patches sewn on the sleeve, including the red #11 jersey which has a size XXL flag tag. The captain’s C is screened on the left breast of defenseman Tutt’s 1995 game-issued #3 jersey, a white mesh sublimated affair featuring with Reebok and size XL flag tags in the neck.
