A pair of Patrick Roy 1993-94 Montreal Canadiens Koho Revolution game-issued sticks is featured in this lot that also includes seven Habs stars’ sticks. “P. Roy” is factory stamped on the shaft of both of the HOF goalie’s white Koho Revolution game-issued sticks, each with a “20 Dec. 1993” date stamp on the back of the shaft at the handle just above the paddle.
“Robinson” is stamped on the shaft of HOF defenseman Larry Robinson’s Koho game-issued stick with Big Bird’s number “19” written further down the front of the shaft in blue marker.
HOF defenseman Rod Langway’s Sher-Wood PMP 7030 game-used stick has “Langway R” stamped on the shaft and the number “5” he wore with the Washington Capitals written in black marker. This Langway Caps gamer retains Rod’s tape jobs on the knob and blade.
“Tremblay 14” is factory stamped on the shaft of Mario Tremblay’s Sher-Wood PMP 7000 game-used stick which retains the Bionic Blueberry’s tape jobs on the knob and blade. This Tremblay gamer has what appears to be a “28 Oct 1985” date stamp low on the back of the shaft with the year somewhat obscured by the fiberglass coating. “505” is written above that in pencil and a label with Mario’s full name affixed to the bottom of the shaft.
Claude Lemieux’s Artis 790 game-used stick has the end of his surname stamped on the shaft covered by the bottom of his well-worn original white tape job on the knob. Pepe’s white tape job on the blade has worn through along the bottom edge and several strands in the middle of the back are pushed up.
Valeri Bure’s Bauer Supreme 3003 game-used stick has “V. Bure” stamped on the shaft and his number “18” written in blue marker on his white tape job on the knob which displays red paint transfer at the top. Nice game wear on Val’s white tape job on the blade. There is a green name label low on the front of the shaft.
Kirk Muller has signed with the number 11 he wore for the Canadiens in black marker on the front of the shaft of his Ultra Vic 4050 game-used stick. Kirk’s original tape job on the knob has the number “9” he wore with the Devils below it and “K. Muller” is factory stamped on the shaft. Muller’s original tape job on the blade has worn through along the bottom edge and has let go in several areas on the front. There is a strand of green tape low on the shaft.
“Damphousse” is stamped on the shaft of Vincent Damphousse’s Sher-Wood PMP 7000 game-used stick. Number “9” written on the shaft and on the well-worn red gauze tape wrap on the knob indicates that the stick may have been used by a teammate of Damphousse’s at some point. Tape job remains on the blade and the stick is cracked in the middle of the shaft.
