The move to the Flyers paid dividends as Claude contributed four points in 14 games to close out the regular season before adding five playoff points, including two goals and three assists, in 13 postseason games. Lapointe’s 2002-03 Flyers game-worn playoff jersey has size 54 and CCM flag tags in the neck, the later with a washed-out blue marker mark that has bled into the white airknit portion of the back of the neck behind it which shows above the nameplate on the back. The clutch-and-grab style of the early-2000s shows on this battle-tested beauty which has black marks all over the front tail, on the sewn-on logo on the front and on the left sleeve. A few more black marks on the right side of the back and on the rear tail, with more wear showing in board burns and marks on both sleeves. MeiGray NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2002-2003 Season patch sewn inside the rear tail has a registry number that corresponds to the one on the accompanying MeiGray LOA, which states that this gamer is from the Flyers’ regular season/Stanley Cup playoffs third set.
