Finnish center Petteri Nokelainen wore this Canadiens #15 jersey with a size 56 flag tag in the neck during the 2011-12 season. Nokelainen had three goals and six points in 51 games with Montreal after he was acquired in a trade with Phoenix on October 23, 2011. A Canadiens 2011-12 game-worn jersey patch sewn inside the rear tail has the registry number that appears on the team LOA signed by equipment manager Pierre Gervais that accompanies this pre-season game-worn jersey which indicates this jersey is from the team’s “Home Set 2”, as per the “2” handwritten in black marker in the thread outline of the Reebok logo patch sewn on the back. A hologram sticker affixed to the bottom of the “5” sewn on the back of this 2011-12 game-worn jersey matches the one on the LOA. Game wear shows in a black mark and a board burn below the CH logo crest, which also has a black mark on it. There is a board burn to the left of the logo in the blue band on the right front, and another on the right sleeve near the cuff, which has a small unrepaired hole.
