The Habs went on quite a playoff run in 2010, upsetting Washington and Pittsburgh in the first two rounds to make it all the way to the conference finals for the first time since they last won in the Stanley Cup in 1993. Forward Benoit Pouliot’s 2009-10 Montreal Canadiens game-worn playoffs jersey was used throughout the first three rounds, including the stunning seven-game wins over the Capitals, who finished in first place overall, and the then-reigning Cup champion Penguins. Size 58 flag tag sits in the back of the neck and “3” is handwritten in black marker in the thread outline of the Reebok logo patch sewn on the back. The Habs’ Centennial patch is sewn on the right shoulder and a Canadiens 2009-10 game-worn jersey patch sewn inside the rear tail has the registry number that appears on the team LOA signed by equipment manager Pierre Gervais that accompanies this 2010 playoff game-worn jersey. A hologram sticker affixed to the bottom of the “7” sewn on the back of Pouliot’s #57 road gamer matches the one on the LOA. Nice big black mark to the left of the CH logo on the right side of the front of the jersey with more game wear showing in black marks on the left sleeve, which has several unrepaired burn holes near the cuff and another just below the far left shoulder seam, and burn marks on the left shoulder and another unrepaired hole on the right cuff.
