Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2013

All-Star goalie Byron Dafoe spent his final two NHL seasons with the ill-fated Atlanta Thrashers. Named to the league’s Second All-Star Team in 1998-99, when he recorded a league-leading 10 shutouts with Boston, Dafoe signed as a free agent with the Thrashers in November 2002. Lord Byron’s 2002-03 Thrashers white home game-worn jersey displays awesome red goalpost paint transfer from the crossbar through the numbers all across the back as well as on the back of both sleeves. Just loads of red paint! Goalie style and size 58 flag tags remain in the back of the neck and the MeiGray NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2002-2003 Season registry patch is sewn inside the rear tail. Black marks on the front and the sleeves adds to the amazing game wear already showcased by the goalpost paint transfer. Comes with a MeiGray Group LOA stating that it is a white 2nd regular season jersey.
