Vesa Toskala wore this fantastic goalie mask during the 2001-02 season when he played 62 games for the AHL Cleveland Barons and one game for the San Jose Sharks in his NHL debut on November 24, 2001 in Los Angeles. Mask artist Ray Bishop has signed and dated "2001" inside the right ear and his Bishop logo is dated 2001 above the left side of the eye opening. "Toskala" is painted on the bottom of the backplate which has its original straps and the interior padding is in place, including the Velcro-backed sweatband across the forehead. In gorgeous condition with light marks on the back edges and bottom of chin.
