Hall of Fame goalie Grant Fuhr's retired number 31 sits on the back and both sleeves of the five-time Stanley Cup champion's 1988-89 Edmonton Oilers game-worn jersey. This awesome white mesh Oilers gamer with the Oilers' 10th anniversary patch sewn on the right shoulder has "1988/1989" handwritten in big black marker inside the jersey behind the nameplate. Flag tags in the neck include Nike XL and a white size XL with "X" and "G" written in blue ink on either side. Measures out to a size 54. Team repairs include one on the orange band on the right sleeve, and a couple more sewing fixes with patches inside the jersey on the orange band on the right rear tail. The sleeves are custom-shortened and there is a white mesh patch on the left rear tail where the Nike logo was removed. More game wear includes a diagonal black mark in the bottom of the Oilers crest into the right front tail, two black marks on the left front and another black mark below the “3” on the left sleeve. Comes with a MeiGray Vintage LOA and certificate of registration as well as an Oilers LOA with matching MeiGray certificate of registration.
