Vastly popular over 100 years after they followed up Imperial Tobacco's inaugural hockey card issue are C55 cards, with this terrific example depicting Jack McDonald in his Quebec Bulldogs uniform. A left winger, McDonald (and not "MacDonald" as identified on the card's front), scored 18 goals in 17 NHA games that season to help Quebec to the Stanley Cup and then nine more in a two-game sweep of challengers from Moncton. A challenge to find in top grades are all C55s, with this alluring EX-MT 6 treasure a Pop-13 and bettered by just ten of 106 others on the PSA Population Report. Jack later skated in the NHL for the Canadiens.
