For the first time in its long history, the All-Star Game came to Boston on January 19, 1971; fittingly during a season in which the Bruins, led by Phil Esposito and Bobby Orr, were re-writing the NHL record book. Esposito and Orr were in the East Division's line-up that evening in the Boston Garden, along with four of their Bruins teammates and such stars as Gordie Howe, Dave Keon and Frank Mahovlich; but the West Division, led by nine Chicago Black Hawks, would prevail 2-1. Bobby Hull scored the winning goal, and was named game MVP, while Tony Esposito made 26 saves in the win. Presented here is a complete game program in sharp EX/NM condition; autographed on its cover by 17 players from the West Division team, including Bobby & Dennis Hull, Tony Esposito, Stan Mikita, Bobby Clarke, Red Berenson, Keith Magnuson and Barclay Plager.
