Offered here is a complete program in pleasing EX condition for the first game of the 1931-32 Stanley Cup Finals. Played at Madison Square Garden on April 5, 1932, it matched the speedy New York Rangers against the high scoring Toronto Maple Leafs, who were led by their famed "Kid Line" of Busher Jackson, Joe Primeau and Charlie Conacher. That trio had finished 1st, 2nd and 4th respectively in the season's scoring race, and they were the difference in the opener of the Finals as Jackson scored three goals and Conacher one in leading Toronto to an exciting 6-4 win. The Leafs would go on to sweep the Rangers in three games, capturing their third Stanley Cup championship. This scarce program includes its game day lineup insert, and is loaded with vintage photos, features and ads.
