Rangers fans will delight at the opportunity to claim this 1933 Stanley Cup finals program from the Cup-winning game at Maple Leaf Gardens! HOFer Bill Cook became the first player to score a Cup-winning goal in overtime as the Blueshirts beat Toronto 1-0 to claim Lord Stanley's silver chalice with a 3-1 series win. Indoor lacrosse illustration is a great example of not judging this historic 72-page 1933 Stanley Cup finals program by its cover! The April 13 line-up centerfold lists both teams' rosters. HOFers Seibert, Johnson, Siebert, Bill and Bun Cook, Boucher and coach GM Lester Patrick are listed with the Rangers, with Horner, Day, Clancy, Conacher, Primeau, Jackson, coach Irvin and GM Smythe listed with the "World's Champions" Leafs. There are two pages that have been cut, otherwise this historic program is complete and nicely preserved. The upper half of pages 27-28 has been cut off and removed. The bottom outside corner of pages 31-32 has been cut off and removed where there was one of six pictures of Maple Leafs players “and the cars they drive” on page 32 and half of an ad on page 31.
