A bright light through some dark times for the Red Wings, John Ogrodnick had a 55-goal, 105-point season in 1984-85. John wore this #18 Red Wings gamer during his second go-round in the Motor City in 1992-93, when he reached the 400-goal plateau in his final NHL season. The Stanley Cup centennial patch is sewn on the right breast and size 50 and Maska flag tags remain in the neck along with Eastside Sports tagging. Wings 1992-93 authentic game sweater stamp sits inside the rear hem. Nice game wear includes long black marks just below the Winged Wheel crest sewn on the front and an unrepaired cut hole on the back of the right sleeve.
John’s familiar #25 was not initially available when he returned to the Red Wings in 1992-93. Troy Crowder, who wore #25 the previous season, was injured in 1992-93 and did not play and John ultimately also wore #25 again before the end of the season.
