Great NHL game program from the early days of Maple Leafs history is this Arena Gardens official program from a home game against the Pittsburgh Pirates during the 1928-29 season. This rare find is a complete 32-page edition, with the line-up centerfold showing both teams' full rosters. HOFers Day, Horner and Bailey are featured in the Maple Leafs' lineup along with the likes of Chabot, Bailey, Pettinger and Blair. The Pirates' line-up includes HOFer Frank Fredrickson as well as Baldy Cotton, who was traded to the Maple Leafs on February 11, 1929, two days after Pittsburgh's second and final game of the season in Toronto, a 2-1 win for the Buds. Very nicely preserved over all with expected handling that includes a tear on the bottom of the cover page and a horizontal fold in the middle.
