One of the last players to wear #29 for the Montreal Canadiens before it was retired in honor of Ken Dryden, forward Jim Cummins has signed in black marker on the left breast above the CH crest of this special Habs gamer. This unique single-use jersey from the Canadiens’ first game of the new millennium has a Pro Player label in the back of the neck with a size 56 flag tag. Game wear shows in a diagonal black mark on the right front tail and another black mark on the left elbow, as well as light marks high on the back of the right sleeve.
One-of-a-kind collection features the Montreal Canadiens’ set of game-worn jerseys from the 24-time Stanley Cup champions’ first NHL game of the new millennium against the New York Rangers at the Molson Centre on January 2, 2000. Each Canadiens player has signed his respective single-use Pro Player jersey, all of which feature a special team stamp in the hem with the date of the game and the Rangers and Habs team logos. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, each of these unique gamers with the “NHL 2000” patch on the right breast will come with a letter of authenticity.
