Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2011

One of the heroes of the United States' memorable "Miracle On Ice" at the 1980 Lake Placid Olympics, goaltender Jim Craig played for Team USA again during the 1982-83 season en route to the 1983 World Championship. This is Craig's game jersey from the 1982-83 Team USA season. The white knit Cooper jersey has the company tag in the neck, is size XL and has "Cooper" screened onto the tail. "USA", the number "30" on the back and sleeves, the shoulder stars and "Craig" on the nameplate are all in tackle twill and sewn on. The jersey does show a little wear with a little staining at the cuffs. A great jersey for United States hockey enthusiasts. Jim Craig is a member of both the International and U.S. Hockey Halls of Fame. With an LOA.
