Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2011

Because he toiled for the (at that time) never playoff-bound Washington Capitals, Guy Charron got to represent his country in three successive World Championships, including 1977 in Vienna when Canada returned to the international scene. Charron's red and white nylon jersey has an AK company tag in the collar indicating size 46. The infamous green, red, white and orange team logo, "Canada" on the shoulders, the numbers and "Charron" across the white nameplate are all screened-on. Light game use with a couple of black stick marks on the front and light marks at the left elbow. There is also minor peeling/cracking to the Team Canada logo on the front to point out. A cool one to add to a Team Canada/ international jersey collection. Comes with a Classic LOA.
