One of the finest goaltender in the history of the game is pictured in this amazing 11” x 14” photo from the 1992-93 NHL season. The 1993 Stanley Cup Finals proved to be one of the most exciting and memorable in recent history. Set on the 100th anniversary of the Stanley Cup, it seemed fitting that the NHL's greatest franchise, the Montreal Canadiens, and the NHL's greatest player, Wayne Gretzky, would play for Lord Stanley's Cup. This would be the last Stanley Cup Finals series to be played in the Montreal Forum, and the last time Gretzky would play in the Finals as well. It was the Montreal's first trip to the Finals since 1989, while it was the first-ever trip to the series for the Los Angeles franchise in its 26 year history. Patrick Roy signed this wonderful photo in blue sharpie adding is famous number “33”. The photo is double matted in white and blue and framed to a final size of 22” x 18”. Definitely a piece to get if you’re a Habs fan !
