Great lot of items originally obtained from the family of Hall of Famer Buddy O’Connor features signed items and vintage photographs, including a 10” x 8” Turofsky print of O’Connor posed in his New York Rangers captain’s uniform. A team-signed Montreal-Detroit old timers program from the early 1970s has a total of 20 autographs over two pages, including O’Connor, Maurice Richard, Toe Blake, John Ferguson, Red Storey, Jean Beliveau, Floyd Curry, among others. O’Connor signed a handwritten letter dated November 5, 1948, which comes with its original postmarked envelope. Three team photos include a 7” x 11 ¾” snapshot of the 1944-45 Montreal Canadiens with members of the regular season champions listed along the bottom, including O’Connor seated in the front row beside Bill Durnan. O’Connor is sporting the captain’s “C” in two different team photos of the 1949-50 Rangers.
