Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2011
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2011
Magnifique example of a mid-1990s Mario Lemieux Koho game-used stick! This Super Mario Koho Revolution 2240 gamer terrorized NHL goalies as the Pittsburgh Penguins’ superstar center was at the height of his virtuoso hockey powers when he wielded this wonderful wooden wand. Mario’s original black tape knob is intact while his tape job was removed from the now-bare blade, which has a chip on the top edge just above #66’s black marker autograph across the front. This solid and crack-free Lemieux gamer displays nice game use on the shaft, with marks and some chipping to the black paint job. A top-notch example from Mario’s prime!
