Bobby Hull became the second player in NHL history to reach the 600-goal plateau late in the 1971-72 season. Featured here is a pair of original ticket stubs from the milestone game at Boston Garden on March 25, 1972, a 5-5 tie between the Black Hawks and Bruins. Hull joined Gordie Howe in the 600-goal club when he beat Boston's Gerry Cheevers for the 46th goal of what would prove to be his final 50-goal season in the NHL. This pair of ticket stubs from the game measure roughly 2" x 3" and both remain crease-free. Also included are three original Hull wirephotos, including a 1969 shot of him celebrating his 50th goal and another posed shot six days later representing his four 50-goal campaigns. The other photo is a dressing room shot of Hull celebrating his 1972 overtime goal that completed a playoff hat trick and a four-game sweep of Pittsburgh.
