After becoming the first man in Maple Leaf history to register a 50-goal season the previous year, Rick Vaive duplicated the feat in 1982-83, potting 51. Vaive's play and 3-star selections through the course of the season earned him the Leafs' Molson Cup. A big silver-plate bowl with an engraved "Molson Cup" on the front sits atop the impressive wooden base while engraving on a metal plaque reads "Toronto Maple Leafs - Winner - Rick Vaive - 1982-83". The base measures close to 10" square and the trophy overall is in gorgeous, cant-hope-for-nicer condition with just slight tarnish to the bowl to mention. A career441-goal scorer, Rick Vaive will sign a letter of authenticity that will be included with this handsome award.
