Chosen fourth overall by the Los Angeles Kings in the 1987 entry draft, defenceman Wayne McBean moved on to the New York Islanders before finishing his 211-game NHL career in Winnipeg in 1993-94. McBean had 19 points in 52 games–both career highs–with the Islanders in 1990-91. This is McBean’s Islanders road jersey, which still has its original fight strap and Maska fly tag in the neck with 28 written on it in black marker. A blue and white CCM logo is embroidered logo on the right side of the tail, and Syosset Sports is on the left side. Some good wear to report, including a few tear holes on the right sleeve above the elbow.
