Defenceman Randy Hillier wrapped up his NHL career in 1991-92 when he appeared in 28 games with Buffalo after coming over from the New York Islanders earlier in the season. Hillier’s Sabres road jersey features the NHL 75th anniversary patch sewn onto the right breast and a slash mark on the left side of the crest on the front of the jersey that features red thread for the Buffalo’s eye. The Maska and size 52 neck tags remain, along with the original fight strap. The No. 23 in yellow and white twill is sewn onto the back and both sleeves and yellow twill letters are sewn onto a dark blue nameplate. The jersey exhibits nice use with light pilling, small holes and board burns on the left sleeve, and paint transfer on the right sleeve.
