The Muskegon Mohawks and Fort Wayne Komets are featured on nine pucks apiece, with six pucks each from the Port Huron Flags, Milwaukee Admirals and Saginaw Gears, five from the Toledo Goaldiggers and Flint Generals, and four from the Toledo Hornets and the Owls, including three when the team was in Grand Rapids and one from Columbus.
