Brian Skrudland posted a 10-point performance over the 1989 post-season, playing in all 21 games and helping his Habs along to a Stanley Cup Finals appearance against the Calgary Flames. Skrudlands red knit Montreal Canadiens uniform from that final series is a peach! The highlight on this jersey is the rare and intricately-embroidered 1989 Stanley Cup Finals patch sewn high up on the left shoulder. Only the two top teams left to battle at the end of the season may wear these patches and, although the tradition continues to this day, it began with the 1989 season. The Maska Ultrafil tag sits in the collar and the CCM logo, in blue/blue/red, is embroidered onto the outer tail. Game wear is light but easy to spot with at least a dozen stick marks and scuffs on the arms and a few more on the lower front.
