These Campbell Conference game-worn jersey and goalie pants were worn by Kirk McLean when he made his NHL All-Star Game debut at the 1990 classic in Pittsburgh. Representing the Canucks in his first of two ASG appearances, McLean took over from starter Mike Vernon midway through the game. He claimed the goaltenders' competition individual event, holding Mario Lemieux's Wales squad to four goals the rest of the way in the Campbells' 12-7 loss. Maska flag tag has "54" written in blue ballpoint and the Penguins' 41st All-Star Game patch is sewn on the right shoulder. The CCM Supra pants with twill Stars on the sides have their interior padding. Comes with Kirk McLean's signed LOA. The upper part of the back of the collar has some black matte remnants affixed to it most likely due to being mounted in a frame. Various marks on the sleeves and shoulders may be related to its previous display. The jersey’s fight strap is whole and intact. The embroidered Star patch is sewn on the left shoulder. NHL crest on the front is orange, black and white twill and stars around the front and rear tail are white twill. Letters on nameplate are white twill, numbers on back are orange and white double twill, and sleeves are orange and black double twill.
