Making his NHL debut for the Atlanta Thrashers in 2003-04, goaltender Kari Lehtonen spent parts of five seasons with the club before moving on to Dallas in 2009. Lehtonen holds a number of Thrashers franchise records including for games played, wins and shutouts. This stick was used by the Finn in 2005-06, and it’s accompanied by a signed Thrashers jersey. The stick is a CCM Vector model with “K Lehtonen” stamped, with the original white tape over the blade, paddle, upper shaft and knob. The sticks show light to moderate use, with puck marks across the blade and heavy red paint transfer to the shaft. There is also a date stamp of "06 Mar 2006". The jersey is a CCM model with “XXL” sizing, with a tackle twill team crest and “32” over the sleeves and verso, with Lehtonen adding a large black marker signature to the reverse “2”, with the signature displaying wonderfully. Hailing from the personal collection of an important hockey executive, his signed LOA will accompany.
