Neat little plastic hockey players were premiums included one to a box in Kellogg’s cereals in the 1950s as a color laser copy of an original French advertisement (to be included) reveals. The ad also indicates that a complete team would consist of a goalie, five skaters and two “substitutes” for a total of eight players on three different teams; red (Canadiens), blue (Maple Leafs) and white (visitors). The lot here includes goalies and skaters for all teams, although duplicates are present and no actual complete team set is possible. Still, we seldom see so many at one time and these are in nice shape with little wear throughout except for two which have a broken piece on them. Great vintage food premium collectibles.
