Item description
Swell ensemble of souvenirs is highlighted by a couple of snazzy clocks Bryan Trottier received for participating in NHL All-Star games. A Movado Quartz clock is from Bryan’s second appearance in the mid-season classic in 1978 (Buffalo) while a Seiko Quartz affair is from the 1981 game in L.A. A smaller Benchmark Quartz clock has an engraved plaque that reads “Sportschannel Islanders MVP 1987-88 – Bryan Trottier” while a plaque honoring Trottier’s participation in the ’83 All-Star Game is from the Long Island Assoc. of Commerce & Industry. Also included are a stretchy black and orange training suit with the ’79 Challenge Cup logo on the jacket, a navy and orange sweat suit from “The Superstars” competition and a red nylon windbreaker with a Canada Cup ’81 patch. A program from that competition, an ’84 Team USA media guide, a letter inviting Trottier to his first All-Star game in 1976 and a program from the 1980 All- Star Dinner round out the collection. Everything is in excellent or better condition with the clocks not appearing to be in working order. A LOA will be included with these goodies from Bryan Trottier’s personal collection.
